Appointments may be available upon request outside our normal operating hours.

Reservations Policy

A credit card payment may be required to secure an appointment.

Peak Period Appointments

The Treatment Rooms gets booked up very quickly around certain times of the day, usually between mornings (10am-12pm) late evenings (5pm-9pm) and all day on Saturday.

These appointment are like gold dust, so be sure to book yours before somebody else gets there first.

Cancellations Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel/postpone any appointment. It is important to note that you may forfeit your advance payment for every appointment that you do not attend.

We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late.

Payment

All major credit/debit cards accepted. We operate a Chip and Pin system. The Treatment Rooms do not accept cheques. Please do not send credit card details via this form.

Childcare Policy Healthcare Commission

We do not have facilities to provide for the care of any children under the age of 18 years of age.

Prior arrangements should be made to either bring a known responsible adult to mind your children or for them to be left with an appropriate carer whilst you are having your treatment.

Children are not allowed to be present in the treatment room whilst undertaking your treatments. Under no circumstances should a child be left unattended anywhere in the establishment.
